Starting this Sunday November 7th Goldie Bounce Golf Live  in conjunction with Michelle Anderson, owner of Pilates Plus of Cape Cod, is launching a Golf Strength and Conditioning Fitness Program ~ just in time for the start of Daylight Savings!  Here's how it works~ tune into Goldie Bounce Golf on 95.9 WATD Sunday evenings at 6:30pm est to hear Michelle's fitness tip of the week  then log onto her YouTube Channel ~ PilatesPlusOfCapeCod or any of the Goldie Bounce Golf social media to view her corresponding instructional video!
